Many local government have problems with calculate of the compensatory amount. There exist many different methods in practice. In my examination or lecture the methods are separated between comparison, investment methods and utility methods. The methods are analyses by, they are suited for different problems in this special valuation. The possibility in the lecture is, that the valuation spezialist choose the suitable method for different projects. Furthermore the valuation specialist can check the result by an other possible preliminary proceedings or methods.
