The basic-house is a residential building with a saddle roof which has two living quarters. On the one hand, there is a living quarter over two floors. On the first floor, which stands particularly out there due to its generous glass-surfaces, there is a separate kitchen and a living room. On the upper floor, there are two children´s rooms, a bathroom and a bedroom. On the other hand, there is a separate single-apartment on the first floor with a large bathroom and living room.
