A special room experience is planned in this house. A generous living room with an open kitchen on the first floor is connected directly to the outside-area by great glass-surfaces. A large bathroom, a sleep- or guest rooms and a separate study are on the first floor as well. There is a big balcony on the upper floor. It makes it possible, to go out from the bedroom or the bathroom and let the sun into the rooms.
