In practice, there are many problems by the valuation of usufruct and residence right. In fact, it is difficult to differentiate these rights. But it is only an problem of the leagle system. A valuation problem by value of usufruct and residence right is that it is bounded by life of a person. This is picked up and represented clearly in my lecture. At the end of my lecture, there are a check list for any question that a specialist in valuation have by the valuation of usufruct and residence right.
